February Update

I hope everyone is having a fantastic February so far! Here are a few updates you need to know about! 

1. THE STORY
This week, we will be in Chapter 4 of the Story on Sunday Morning (or Exodus 1-7 and 10-17 if you want to dig deeper). I hope everyone is enjoying our study. 

2. WINTER RETREAT
Please make sure you have paid for the Winter Retreat. You can pay Zach or myself or pay online using paypal (Look for the Winter Retreat post). 

3. IMPORTANT CALENDAR CHANGES
The 2 Day Mission on March 11 and 12 has been hit with a conflict. We will be rescheduling a new event over Spring Break and will let you know details soon. The Sunday Night Devo we were planning on having this Sunday night will be moved to Sunday Night, February 17 (due to previously planned meetings)

4. INFO FORMS
Thanks to everyone who has filled out the Teen and Parent information forms. We had a drawing in class for everyone that filled one out last week and Summer Stroud won her Winter Retreat paid in full (that's a $50 prize folks!). This Wednesday...we are going to draw again. Teens forms go in the hat one time. If your parents fill one out too, your name goes in 4 times! You never know what the prize will be, so fill out a form today!

5. PERSONAL BIBLE STUDIES
At Evangelism University, we were given small personal Bible study guides meant to help guide you as you study or as you study with your friends. I am going to be ordering multiple copies soon. If you would like a copy, please email me at mattsuggs@hotmail.com and I will get you some. 

6. THANK YOU
I have been away all week at the Freed Lectures. Thank to Zach and John Birdwell for organizing and executing Wednesday After School and The Bible Study. I've heard great things! Thanks for all you guys do!
